Joanne and John had a dramatic day in Ravello for their wedding. The storm clouds created amazing effects throughout the day, including a thick rising mist while we were taking pictures, only to clear off as we neared the Hotel Belmond Caruso's famous infinity pool. It was an intense and emotional setting for these newlyweds, and their love for each other shone through it all. I loved the bride's idea of having a gelato after the ceremony, a great way to give the day a fun Italian touch. Not to mention the amazing flowers, beautiful dessert buffet, and the DJ that got everyone up and dancing till they could dance no more. A wedding day is always the perfect day when you are in love.

Pamela & Adam

Pamela and Adam hosted their dream wedding at Villa Oliviero a private villa in the hills just above Positano town center. The girls spent the morning getting ready in the bridal suite drinking prosecco, while the boys spent the morning in the panoramic pool. Cocktails and traditional Neopolitan music were waiting for guests when they arrived at the villa, and  then just before the sun dipped behind the mountains they celebrated their marriage with a beautiful ceremony. A gorgeous imperial table with hanging floral decorations and tea lights made for a magical dinner. Then as night fell the jazz band gave way to a DJ and the party kicked off.  Simple, elegant, and fun, this destination wedding was a fantastic way for Pamela and Adam to say 'I do'.
