Mexico! A fabulous way to finish the year was with this Mexican wedding. Tropical storm does not due justice to describe the amount of water the Yucatan peninsula produced that day, but that did not stop this couple from having the time of their lives, and celebrating their love. A mariachi band, strawberry margaritas, games, and dancing made the clouds disappear.
Photographing this couples elopement wedding was a delight. Their adventurous spirit took us on a long photo tour a little off the main paths of Positano, allowing us to capture some of the less seen gems the Amalfi coast has to offer.
This couple was in love, and also in love with Ravello and black and white photographs. And why wouldn't you be, Ravello offers fabulous views, ancient buildings, and small town charm. It has everything you need for a romantic and timeless wedding. They held their ceremony at the Ravello town hall, and then we took advantage of the beautiful October day by touring around some of Ravello's most magic and photogenic spots.
This couple held their ceremony at the town hall gardens in Ravello, cocktails in the main square of Ravello, and their private luxury villa reception at Villa Eva. The entire day was focused on celebrating the love of the bride and groom, while being surrounded by their closest friends and family. They chose to have a reportage style of photography to capture the events and emotions of their day as they unfolded. It was undeniable that this wedding was an emotional day for not just the bride and groom, but all of their guests, as during the speeches not one guest was left dry eyed.
